Opportunities In Energy and Emissions (E&E) Market

There is a very large market that will grow rapidly in the next few decades, this market is the Energy and Emission reduction (E&E) market. For the energy market, the drivers are economic growth, and the world's need for clean energy that is carbon-free or carbon-neutral. Meanwhile, the driver for emission reduction markets is the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) of each country until 2030, and net-zero in 2050.

For Indonesia as an example, the E&E market in 2030 will reach US$ 170 billions, consisting of US$ 80 billions for the electricity market, US$ 56 billions for the fuel market and US$ 34 billions for the emissions reduction market, where Indonesia must reduce emissions amounting to 912 million tons CO2 per year by 2030 from its Business As Usual (BAU).

Not only in Indonesia, the E&E market throughout the world will also grow very rapidly in the next few decades due to the same drivers. The question is who is this market opportunity for? Primarily for those players in clean energy market, and those who master in conquering CO2 emissions.

And it is in these two fields that the new energy concept that we call Regenerative Energy (RE) is targeting. With RE we can target the energy market that is carbon free and carbon neutral because we can produce cheap green hydrogen, as well as renewable hydrocarbons, oxygenates and Regenerative Electricity.

At the same time, because the energy raw materials we use are CO2 captured from emission sources and carbon from charcoal or biomass, the same RE technology solutions can be used to work on the emissions reduction market.

Small commercial scale units which can also be used as marketing demo units, training and education, can now be ordered. The machine configuration is more or less like in the photo below. Even though it is small, it is capable of producing electricity with a capacity of up to 100 kW, and absorbing CO2 up to 200 tons per hour.

The unit itself consists of a gas or diesel generator to produce electricity as well as a source of emissions, a FlueTrap to capture flue gas, which majority of its content is CO2, an OCCYRE reactor to convert CO2 into new energy in the form of CO gas, an XH2 reactor to increase the H2/CO ratio, so that syngas its produced has high calories and can be used as feedstocks for various types of fuel if needed, and does not miss the AI-based control system to manage the system as a whole.

With this versatile machine, this unit, which we call Integrated Carbon Capture and Utilization for Regenerative Energy (ICCURE), can be an ideal solution for corporations, institutions and industries that need a real program in their Environmental and Social Governance (ESG). We are also looking for partners throughout the world to work together on this E&E market, as well as mass production of this ICCURE technology in various sizes needed by the market.
